Conquent provides hardware repair and support for a very simple reason – to meet all our clients’ needs. By providing direct support from server to desktop, Conquent finds the answers to problems and keeps your application online and running.
Our hardware technicians live and breathe hardware. As Microsoft Certified Resellers, our techs receive regular training on the tools people use every day. With our programmers' extensive Linux experience to support the front line techs, we not only provide answers when something doesn't work, we fix it.

On-Site Service - $75/hr

System Pickup Service - $29
Conquent will pick up and deliver a system that needs repair work.
New System Setup - $75
Conquent will deliver your new system, set it up, and connect it to your existing internet connection. Any additional software setup would be at an extra charge of $75/hr.
System Customization & Training - $75/hr
Conquent provides training and software customization services for individual computer confi guration to make your programs easier to use.
Software and Security Analysis - $45
Conquent will test your PC for virus and spyware infections, check the status of your anti-virus software, check and clean vulnerable system folders, install critical security updates, test your firewall, and offer recommendations for continued security. We will also check and optimize your system startup for performance. Ask for special pricing for more than one computer.*
Preventative Maintenance - $60
Conquent will diagnose system hardware, clean dust build-up, check and secure cable and component connections, check peripheral communications (onsite only), optimize hard drive, clean temporary and cache folders, test your backup system, optimize system startup for performance, and provide a full Software and Security Analysis. Ask for special pricing for more than one computer.*
Monthly IT Support - $129 per month
Conquent will provide up to 3 hours of scheduled on-site service each month to complete computer services required by customer. This does not cover emergency repair services. We will call you to schedule the service each month.

All systems purchased from Conquent have a one-year, in-store parts and labor warranty. In order to give our customers support beyond the basic warranty, we have developed the following upgrades:
Warranty Pickup Service - $49
We will pick up and deliver your system for warranty work over the life-span of your warranty.*
On-Site 1 Year Warranty - $99
One of our technicians will come to your site within 1 business day if your system needs a warranty repair.*
Warranty Express Service - $149
Conquent will pick up and start fixing your system within 4 business hours for the life of your warranty. We will deliver it back to you when the repair is completed.*
3 Year warranty with UPS - $195
Conquent will warrant system parts and labor for 3 years provided the parts used meet our brand requirements. We include a 500VA Uninterruptible Power Supply (battery backup) to ensure the life of your system.
