Diversiform is growing and reinventing how it does business with its customers by using the Internet as a complete communications tool. Conquent has worked with Diversiform to steadily integrate new ideas and tools, as our online offerings have grown from a single set of reports to a robust suite of tools and systems.
More specifically, Diversiform needed a way to show reports online that were based on live data. The system Conquent developed for them depends on two different local databases, data acquisition from scores of dealership databases off site, input from a physical scanning process, and telephone service representatives entering information manually. This generated literally millions of records, which needed to be accessed and reported in real-time on the web.
This project has involved every aspect of Conquent's service offerings. Aside from the complex programming tasks, the graphics team created custom bar graphs, our infrastructure team built a bullet-proof server and maintains it in our hosting facility, and our system administrators created systems to tie it all together.
Bottom line: Conquent has been able to provide a system that allows Diversiform to provide new services to national dealership chains and expand their business.
