Northwest Donation needed a system that did two seemingly conflicting tasks. On one side, they wanted a system that allowed couples to search for egg donors and surrogate mothers privately over the Internet while, on the other side, they wanted a system which would allow them to increase contact between the couples and Northwest Donation staff.
The online application Conquent developed solved the problem by creating a complete communication tool with a serene interface. Couples can now register to search online, but their results are limited until the Northwest Donation staff reviews their needs and has an opportunity to work with the couples and build relationships. The same is true for the online donor registration section -- only after meetings and counselling will the donors’ profiles be available for review by prospective couples.
The interface for the couples is remarkably easy to use. The administration functions allow Northwest Donation to edit information easily and pragmatically.
Bottom line: Conquent developed one of the most elegant, functional applications in Northwest Donation's industry.
