ViaTech is an "on demand" print and fulfillment house. With low-cost, small run, yet high quality digital printing facilities throughout the country, ViaTech is able to provide materials to multiple sites without large warehousing fees.
Conquent has helped out the company with a number of small projects as ViaTech adapts to a rapidly changing market.
Viatech has a mobile sales force which needs to be able to deliver new product information quickly and easily to customers. Conquent created an HTML template for ACT and made it available in a central location to the sales team over a dedicated Internet connection.
They also needed an easy way to let client offices request materials for delivery to multiple locations without an overwhelming e-commerce interface. Our team created a dynamic form, which changes as the visitor adds additional sites. It then emails the order request to the fulfillment house, and sends an order confirmation back to the customer. The final script was concise, efficient, and extremely cost effective.
Finally, our team created a database to allow Viatech to manage case studies and products with a simple web interface to upload images and edit copy giving the company a valuable way to keep their sales people up to date with new clients.
