Because the management team at Allergan is constantly traveling, they wanted a system to allow them to update and review data constantly. In the past they had tracked this information in desktop programs which required an administrator to constantly export data prior to meetings.
Conquent's specialization in web based programs meant we had the tools to get the job done. But, Allergan's legacy system assumed a technical user -- the meant creating a range of automatic reports and simplified forms to let the Allergan managers retrieve and update their information with little to no technical knowledge.
After organizing the data, the team created a series of pages to narrow down a manager's choice -- the system made for quick access to complex information, and saved hours per project for the Allergan management team.
